Dell, the American PC manufacturer, has introduced a new lineup of consumer and gaming laptops in India, equipped with artificial intelligence capabilities. The consumer range includes new models in the premium XPS and Inspiron series, while the gaming portfolio features new Alienware laptops.
The latest laptop lineup comprises the XPS 14, XPS 16, Alienware m16 R2, and Inspiron 14 Plus, all powered by Intel Core Ultra processors. Dell noted that these processors are capable of running AI models on the device, enhancing performance and efficiency with AI-powered tools and features.

Dell XPS 14 and XPS 16: Details
The latest Dell XPS lineup is equipped with Intel Core Ultra 9 processors and offers Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 for enhanced graphics performance. Available in 14-inch and 16-inch display variants, both feature OLED InfinityEdge displays with up to 120Hz refresh rates. Dell highlights that the displays on the XPS 14 and XPS 16 come with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and support Dolby Vision. In terms of audio capabilities, the laptops feature a quad-speaker setup with 360-degree spatial audio, Dolby Atmos, and 3D stereo surround using Waves MaxxAudio technology. Additional features include a 1080p webcam and a dedicated keyboard button for Microsoft Copilot AI.
Dell Alienware m16 R2: Details
The latest gaming laptop from Alienware, the m16 R2, runs on Intel Core Ultra H-series processors and is complemented by Nvidia GeForce RTX 40-series graphics. Dell mentioned that this laptop is 15% smaller than its predecessor but maintains superior airflow thanks to redesigned thermal technology for effective thermal management.
Featuring a QHD+ display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a refresh rate of 240Hz, the laptop also includes an FHD webcam with an IR sensor for facial recognition.
Dell Inspiron 14 Plus: Details
The new Inspiron 14 Plus is equipped with Intel Core Ultra processors that include a dedicated AI engine and integrated Intel Arc graphics.
It features a 14-inch display with 2.2K resolution in a 16:10 aspect ratio and supports Dolby Vision. Dell highlighted that the laptop holds MIL-810H military-grade certification, ensuring durability in extreme environmental conditions such as heat, humidity, cold, vibration, shock, and more.
It also includes an FHD webcam and an AI-powered noise reduction system for microphones. Additionally, Dell mentioned the presence of an AI auto-framing feature to keep users centered during video calls, even if they move around.
